Delivery Information

We currently offer local delivery within the High Wycombe area only.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please make sure all delivery details are correct at checkout, including:

  • Full delivery address and postcode

  • Any access or delivery instructions that may assist our driver

  • A valid contact number or email address for the sender

We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries delayed or unsuccessful due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

If the recipient is unavailable

If the recipient is not at the delivery address, we will:

  • Leave the flowers with a neighbour, if they are happy to accept them, or

  • Place the flowers in a safe, secure, and dry location such as a porch, garage, or shed

A card will be left through the door to confirm where the flowers have been placed.
If none of the above options are possible, the recipient will be asked to contact the shop to rearrange delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements unless a quality issue is reported promptly.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help us do this, we kindly ask that:

  • A clear digital photograph of the arrangement is emailed to us

  • Your order details are included in the message

Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will always aim to reach a fair and reasonable outcome.
