While we cannot guarantee an exact lifespan o each stem, with proper care, most arrangements will last between 5-7 days, with potential to last longer. In the event that you notice any issues please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
How do I care for my flowers?
Keep them in fresh water, trim stems at an angle every 2-3 days, and avoid direct
sunlight or heat.
How far in advance should I order funeral flowers?
We recommend placing funeral flower orders at least 3 days in advance to ensure
availability. Bespoke and tributes with lilies at least 7 days prior to ensure they are open in time.?
Will my flowers look like the ones shown on line?
Photos represent the deign style and size and due to seasonal availability substitutions
may be necessary. Any substitution will be of equal value and maintain the intended
look and colour.
Can I choose specific flowers?
We do our best to accommodate requests, but flower availability depends on season
and supplier availability.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am.
